1975 Sears Ventriloquist Showcase Catalog Page

To be honest with you, I do not like Ventriloquist Dummies at all.  I have no rational reason for not liking them, but I just don't.  It might stem from an episode of the Twilight Zone I saw when I was a kid!  I was at a comedy show once and I didn't realize that one of the comedians was a Ventriloquist.  I started to get up to leave and my family and friends wouldn't let me go.  I was so uncomfortable and squirmy the whole time because I just wanted to run out of there.  To make it worse, the comedian was terrible and I just felt bad for him on so many levels.  The audience wasn't laughing and sometimes they were booing.  His jokes were so sexist and dated.  I'm sure the men would have been rolling in the aisles when he first wrote these jokes in the 70s.

Gremlin (Car) T-Shirt Transfer 1970's

This Iron On Transfer is for someone who REALLY loves their Gremlin!  I love the old style of these fun t-shirt transfers and remember fondly going to the t-shirt store in the mall and spending so long just trying to decide which iron-on I was going to get.  I usually ended up leaving without one, because I just couldn't decide.  This awesome transfer comes from a cool shop called IronOnTransferStation.  And yes, I have spent hours on their store and eBay shop trying to decide which one to get.  I'm still undecided! They're all so cool!

Flutter Byes HASBRO 1974 Packaging

This is the back card packaging from Flutter Byes mini dolls from Hasbro.  They seemed to be similar to Liddle Kiddle, but just a bit different.  These little dolls were nude and had detachable plastic wings
that attached around their necks.

Here are some photos I found on the internet......
